1. How can I get the Umo Mobile App?
You can download the Umo Mobility App to any compatible smartphone from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. How do I pay my fare using the Umo Mobile App?
It’s easy! When you buy a pass or load Umo Cash, your QR code will appear in your Umo Wallet within the app. When boarding, simply open the app, select your QR code, and hold your phone up to the Umo Reader on the bus. The reader will scan your code—once you see the light and hear the beep, you’re good to go!

The Umo App gives you complete flexibility:

The Umo Mobile App is your all-in-one tool for riding with WSTA. It lets you create an account, buy passes, manage your balance, and board the bus all from your smartphone.

7. I received a benefit code. How do I load it to my account? Open your Umo App and follow the steps  to apply your code directly to your account.

WSTA offers a half-fare discount on standard fares for Seniors (age 60 and over), Persons with Disabilities, Students, Service Connected Veterans, and Medicare Cardholders.

To receive the discounted fare on WSTA passes or stored-value trips.

Once approved, WSTA will update your Umo account so you can purchase passes or use stored value at the reduced rate. Please note that you must be registered before buying your pass discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and fares purchased prior to enrollment are not refundable.
